1. Payment process  by bank transfer and please send us bank receipt transfer;

2. Payment process with a Visa, Master or Amex Card. Please advise us of the Credit Card Holder’s Full Name, Credit Card Number and Expiration date by E-mail or Fax (no. +66 (0) 7741 3487). After we receive the proper deposit amount, we shall send you a receipt for this transaction and a confirmed reservation.

Cancellation policy:  21 days prior to arrival date, any cancellations after our deadline policy dates, there will be a penalty of a (1) night charge. No exceptions.

  No Show:  if you do not check-in on arrival date, there will be a penalty charge full amount of deposit. No exceptions.

  Refund Policy: Any refunds due to cancellations or otherwise will be processed through the same bank or credit card account the deposit was originally debited from. If there is a penalty for a cancellation fee, this will be deducted from the deposited amount and the balance will be credited to that original account. There will be no acceptations to this policy. We do not add on any Air Fares, Rentals or any other charges requested for your travels to the Island, except our room rates and transfer charges from Koh Samui Airport upon request.
