Cancellation policy:
21 days prior to arrival date, any cancellations after our deadline policy dates, there will be a penalty of a (1) night charge. No exceptions.
No Show: if you do not check-in on arrival date, there will be a penalty charge full amount of deposit. No exceptions.
Refund Policy: Any refunds due to cancellations or otherwise will be processed through the same bank or credit card account the deposit was originally debited from. If there is a penalty for a cancellation fee, this will be deducted from the deposited amount and the balance will be credited to that original account. There will be no acceptations to this policy. We do not add on any Air Fares, Rentals or any other charges requested for your travels to the Island, except our room rates and transfer charges from Koh Samui Airport upon request. |
